About Glory Reins Ranch

Reaching out to veterans and youth in central Virginia

A horse at Glory Rein's Ranch

Opened in May, 2010, Glory Reins Ranch is open to young people and veterans who suffer from post-traumatic stress, divorce, broken homes, and other difficult circumstances. Participation in the riding program is free and is graciously paid for by donations from supporters of this ministry. We are located in south, central Virginia, approximately 1 hour east of Lynchburg and one hour west of Richmond.

About Our Horses

We have over ten horses on our facility. Each participant is carefully paired up with a horse. A friendship begins and troubled youth and veterans have a safe place to come to; away from heartbreak, trauma, neglect, abuse, divorce, or grief.

About Our Staff

Kevin and Robin Warren, founders of Glory Reins Ranch in Farmville, VARanch staff help teach the children and veterans to ride, encourage them to bond with their horses, and give them the responsibility of caring for their animals. Here there is a chance to relax, to see God's creation, and take time to reflect, heal and hope.
